Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, if you reside in the European Union (France, Belgium, etc.), you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, simply inform us of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period, by email to elitcharge@gmail.com or using the form below.

We will refund all amounts paid, at the latest 14 days after receiving your request, using the same payment method as that used for your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.
